2.3 Membership & Event Participation
Eligibility: Open to professionals who align with our values of conscious networking.
- Event Capacity: Limited to maintain quality connections (typically 50 participants) or more, depending on the space capacity and safety measures.
- Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional, respectful behaviour.
- Attendance Policy: Confirmed attendance is binding; cancellations require a 48-hour notice.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Rise & Rave owns all content, branding, and event formats. Participants retain ownership of their personal professional information. Event content may be documented for promotional purposes (with consent).
2.5 Limitation of Liability
As a Swedish non-profit organisation, Rise & Rave’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swedish law. We are not liable for:
- Personal injuries at events (beyond statutory requirements).
- Business outcomes from networking connections.
- Technical issues with the website or digital platforms.
2.6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved through Swedish courts or mediation.
